Role & responsibilities
Act as a Technology Expert and provide customers with engaging demonstrations of the latest gadgets, electronics and smart technologies.
Stay updated on the latest developments in smartphones, laptops, gaming, wearables, smart home, audio, TVs and other emerging technologies.
Conduct interactive product demonstrations and create an immersive customer experience.
Create excitement around recent-age technology and encourage customers to experience before they buy.
Support gaming and technology experience zones by engaging customers through interactive demos and activities.
Maintain the experience centre as a high-energy, technology-focused and customer-friendly workplace.

Confident in explaining technology and simplifying complex features for customers.
