Requirements
Solid understanding of business development principles and practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, B2B or B2C partners, and other stakeholders.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
MBA in Marketing or Public Policy, or a related field (preferred).

Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Additional knowledge on politics/public affairs or a related field (desired).
Proven track record of identifying and pursuing current business opportunities.

Additional Requirements
Creative and strategic in preparing pitch documents.
Experience with proposal writing and RFP responses.
Familiarity with data analysis and market research.
Certifications (Optional): Certification in Sales or Business Development/Marketing or Communications/Public Policy or Political Science.
Preferred Languages: Punjabi, Hindi, English.
