Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the housekeeping team.
Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
Inspect rooms and maintain quality standards.
Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
Coordinate with maintenance for repair requests.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle daily operations efficiently.
