Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain product/service features, benefits, and offers in a clear and engaging manner.
Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on set criteria.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM/Excel.
Follow up with interested leads to move them further in the sales process.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and share qualified lead information.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Good listening skills and persuasive ability.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
