Role & responsibilities
Head Chef/Chef manager is responsible for making sure that Kitchen and their services meet the needs of Student, Teacher, support, admin Staff. Head chef/chef managers are accountable for services such as Quality Control, design the menu, review food and beverage purchases, Quality product Procurement coordination with Purchase manger/supervisor) wastage control, maintaining food Safety standard (HACCP)Equipment maintenance, Upgradation of Hot and cold food, balance diet with help of nutritionist, cleaning and sanitization with coordination with KST Supervisor, upgrading service standard coordination with service supervisor. Staff Training and motivation.
