About the Position

As a Full Stack Developer at WeyBee, you will play a key role in building AI-first platforms, intelligent tools, and scalable systems. You will drive architecture decisions, define technical standards, and contribute to building products powered by contemporary AI technologies. This is a core team role with solid ownership and direct impact on innovation.

Requirements:
3+ years of software development experience fpr a SaaS company
3+ years of experience with Python
3+ years of experience working with ORMs (preferably Django)
2+ years developing modern web apps with Vue.js (or equivalent) and TypeScript
Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
Experience developing modular user interfaces and familiarity with modern CSS frameworks, tools, and workflows
Familiarity with relational and document data modeling
Experience building production APIs

Responsibilities
End-to-end development of AI-powered products — from idea to production




Design and integrate AI/ML-driven features (LLMs, automation workflows, data intelligence systems)
Build and manage scalable microservices and APIs supporting AI use cases
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver intelligent and user-centric solutions
Develop and maintain data pipelines, tagging systems, and analytics platforms
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-enabled systems
Experiment with and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and infrastructure
Ensure best practices in AI integration, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
