Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide nursing staff.
Ensure quality patient care and safety.
Prepare duty rosters and manage shifts.
Monitor nursing documentation and compliance.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
Handle patient concerns and emergency situations.
Train and evaluate nursing staff.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
