Job Summary:
The Training Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering technical and operational training related to fuel automation systems for field service engineers. The role ensures that staff and partners are properly trained on installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fuel automation equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Planning & Development
Identify training needs for field service engineer.
Develop technical training modules related to fuel automation systems, hardware, and software.
Prepare training manuals, presentations, user guides, and SOP s.
Technical Training Delivery
Conduct training programs for installation engineers, service engineers, and support teams.
Provide product training for current fuel automation systems, controllers, sensors, and software platforms.
Train field service engineer on system operation and troubleshooting.
On boarding & Skill Development
Conduct training for new field service engineer.
Organize periodic refresher training for service and support teams.




Support skill development programs for field engineers.
Documentation & Evaluation
Maintain training records, attendance, and training reports.
Collect feedback from service engineers and incorporate improvements in training materials.
Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance reviews.
Update training materials whenever there are product upgrades or current features.
Field & Customer Training:
Provide training to field service engineer on the usage of fuel automation systems.
Support major project installations with in office training if required.

Training and documentation skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting knowledge

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, MCA, BCA
