Job Description: -

Job Roles and Responsibilities: -
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solar modules across multiple markets.
Identify, evaluate,



and establish current business prospects in the solar energy domain.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Solar EPC companies, manufacturers, dealer networks, and government nodal agencies.
Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Drive channel sales development to strengthen the retail business.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify recent growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve business objectives.
Ensure all sales operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute strategies for brand building and business growth.
