Qua : B.Arch & M.Arch

Skills : Autocad, Photoshop and MS-Office.

Mandatory : From Residential and Commercial experience required.

JD:
This role is exclusively focused on site coordination and execution and does not include architectural design or concept development.
Coordinate architectural execution activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and MEP teams.
Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Identify and resolve site execution and coordination issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Verify architectural works for compliance with approved materials and specifications.




Review and manage architectural drawings, revisions, and site documentation.
Coordinate contractor activities and monitor execution performance.
Track and close snag lists and punch points before project handover.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Support project handover by coordinating final inspections and documentation.
Maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
