Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in Proposal Writing / Bid Management / Presales
Experience in the Software / IT industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and manage RFP, RFI, and tender proposals.
Work with Sales, Technical, and Management teams to understand client requirements.
Write and edit proposals, executive summaries, solution overviews, case studies, and technical content.
Create strong value propositions and win themes to improve proposal success.
Manage the complete proposal process from requirement gathering to final submission.
Coordinate with SMEs, technical teams, designers, and other stakeholders.
Review proposals for accuracy, quality, grammar, formatting, and compliance.
Maintain proposal templates, reusable content, and knowledge repositories.




Track deadlines and ensure proposals are submitted on time.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Proposal Writing / Bid Management / Presales.
Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI responses.
Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical/software concepts.
Experience working with Sales, Technical, and Management teams.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Experience with Proposal Management tools / CRM is an added advantage.
