Job Title: Corporate Human Resources (HR) Manager
Location: KANNUR, KERALA

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvement processes.
Oversee compensation, perks administration, and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, accreditation standards, and labor laws.
Coordinate performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Maintain HR records, metrics, and reports while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Partner with department leaders to identify workforce needs and develop staffing strategies.
Manage HR budgets and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.




Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Robust knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and healthcare workforce regulations.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
Experience managing multi-site healthcare operations.
Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and regulatory compliance.
