We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Job Assistance Counsellor / Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, explaining relevant job assistance services, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a qualified personality, strong counselling and sales abilities, and the confidence to handle targets and close conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from candidates interested in domestic and international job opportunities.
Understand candidates' career goals, experience, qualifications, and requirements.
Explain relevant job assistance services, processes, and available options clearly.
Counsel candidates professionally and address their questions and concerns.
Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up consistently with prospective candidates.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.




Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
Build positive relationships with prospective and existing candidates.
Coordinate with the recruitment/processing team after successful conversion.
Stay updated on international career opportunities and basic visa-related information relevant to the services offered.
Meet individual and team-level sales, follow-up, and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong counselling, sales, persuasion, and conversion skills.
Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.
Valuable follow-up and closing ability.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Ability to handle objections and convert interested leads.
Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of international careers and visa processes is an advantage.
Experience in Recruitment, Study Abroad, Immigration, Education Sales, Career Counselling, or Overseas Job Sales is preferred.
