Job Title: Junior Accountant Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and account reconciliations.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.
Maintain organized accounting records and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Accounting fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.




Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is an advantage.
Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Experience with bank reconciliations and invoice processing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
