Role description:
Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (API Testing - Java, Rest Assured, Selenium, Healthcare FHIR)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute API automation scripts using Rest Assured:
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of REST APIs:
Validate API payloads, headers, authentication, and responses:
Execute end-to-end integration testing across healthcare workflows:
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance in healthcare systems
Create and maintain test cases, test data, and reports:
Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA
Collaborate with development and integration teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Java + Rest Assured (mandatory):
Hands-on experience in API testing (REST/JSON/XML):
Basic to valuable experience in Selenium (for automation framework support/integration):
Knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, and API validations:
Experience in automation frameworks (TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber):
Exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Maven)





Healthcare / Domain Skills:
Experience in Healthcare domain:
Robust knowledge of FHIR / HL7 standards:
Experience validating FHIR APIs (JSON payloads, schema validation):
Understanding of integration and interoperability workflows
