Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions across Bengaluru and nearby districts.
Meet Principals, Directors, HODs, Placement Officers, and Management to present L&L; AI Solutions' training and placement programs.
Develop institutional partnerships and execute MoUs.
Promote semester-wise training programs and academic credit transfer prospects through industry-recognized certification courses.
Promote programs aligned with NASSCOM Sector Skill Council.
Organize free workshops, seminars, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs),



and placement training initiatives.
Generate recent college partnerships and achieve monthly business targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and submit weekly activity reports.
Coordinate with the Hyderabad Head Office for planning and execution.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any equivalent discipline.
MBA (Marketing) is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Educational Marketing, EdTech, College Relations, Academic Partnerships, or Training Institutes.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.

Requirements:
Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
Willing to travel extensively to colleges acros
