Experience Required
Minimum 3.5 years of overall experience in Real Estate Sales
At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate
Experience working in scattered market / individual property sales
Key Requirements
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the Bangalore real estate market
Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
Experience in client handling and deal closures
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and market trends
