Prepare and update course materials, syllabi, and lecture notes in line with the curriculum and industry standards.
Conduct regular assessments, including examinations, quizzes, and assignments, and provide timely and constructive feedback to students.




Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Curriculum Development and Research:
Participate in the review and development of current and existing academic programs and courses.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and developments in the fields of accounting and finance.
Contribute to departmental and institutional research projects.
Student Mentorship and Support:
Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, guiding them in their academic and career choices.
Provide support and guidance to students facing academic challenges.
Encourage and supervise student participation in extracurricular activities, such as debates, seminars, and case study competitions.
Administrative and Departmental Duties:
Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and other institutional events.
Assist in the administrative tasks of the department as and when required.
