Be knowledgeable about the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing, in order to answer guest inquiries.

Suggest additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest's dining experience and increase revenue.

Present bills to guests,



process payments, and provide change or receipts. Handle any billing inquiries or issues.

Ensure that dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Transparent and reset tables for the next guests.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as any legal or hotel-specific regulations related to alcohol service.

Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service associates to ensure smooth and effective food and beverage service.
