Key Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assignments.
Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions.
Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, writing, and communication skills.
Guide students for board exam preparation.
Maintain classroom discipline and student performance records.
Coordinate with management and parents regarding student progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or related field.
Prior teaching experience preferred.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Good command over English grammar and literature.
Ability to handle students effectively and create an engaging learning workplace.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
