Roles & Responsibilities:
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Analyze physician notes, laboratory reports, and diagnostic reports.
Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements.
Identify documentation gaps and report discrepancies.
Follow and maintain patient confidentiality.
