Key Responsibilities
Assess, examine, and manage patients in the OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU under the guidance of consultants.
Provide prompt medical care during emergencies and stabilize patients until specialist care is available.
Monitor admitted patients and document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Attend medical emergencies, Code Blue, and other emergency situations as per hospital protocols.
Perform routine medical procedures within the scope of practice.
Review laboratory and radiology reports and inform consultants regarding significant findings.
Maintain complete and accurate patient medical records.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
MBBS from a recognized medical college.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
ACLS/BLS certification will be an added advantage.

Ability to work efficiently in emergency and critical care situations.
