Job Title: Education Counselor (Marathi)

Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents over phone.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

Requirements:
Fluent in Marathi and Hindi (English communication is a plus).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Graduation preferred (Freshers with valuable communication can also apply).
Sales, telesales, or education counseling experience is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
