Requirements:
Freshers with a BBA or MBA are encouraged to apply.
Graduates with up to 2 years of customer support experience are also eligible.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Robust problem-solving and customer service skills.
Familiarity with CRM/LMS tools is an added advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
