Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Typically requires a Graduation degree with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent, as per CBSE norms.
Experience: Prior experience teaching in a reputed school is often preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience & Creativity: A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching and managing young learners is crucial.
