- At least 2+ years of experience in team handling and leadership rolesn
- Mandatory experience in the Prime Home Loan segmentn
- Proven track record in self lead generation and market acquisitionn
- Strong exposure to field sales operations and channel managementn
- Established local market network in Hyderabad (DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers preferred)n
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken) is mandatoryn

- Lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing field sales team across the Hyderabad regionn
- Own and deliver regional sales targets and business growth objectivesn




- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goalsn
- Monitor daily field activities, pipeline management, and conversion efficiencyn
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivityn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, builders, agents)n
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the prime home loan segmentn
- Strengthen market presence and brand visibility through local networkingn
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulationsn
