N Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-endRecord to Report (R2R) activities. N
- Maintain General Ledger(GL) and ensure accurate accounting records. N
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustment entries. N
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities. N
- Generate customer invoices and ensure timely billing. N
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), including collections, customer reconciliations, and follow-ups. N
- Manage Accounts Payable(AP), including vendor invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor reconciliations. N
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items. N
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, schedules, and management reports. N
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules. N
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. N




- Monitor cash flow and support finance planning activities. N
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. N
- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required schedules and documentation. N
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency. N

- Handle GST accounting, reconciliations, and return preparation. N
- Manage TDS deductions, reconciliations, and return filings. N
- Handle PF, ESI, Qualified Tax (PT) compliance. N
- Support payroll accounting and statutory reconciliations. N
- Ensure timely statutorypayments and maintenance of statutory records. N
- Stay updated with changes in accounting and statutory regulations. N
