Lead end-to-end execution of façade/glazing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.
Manage Site Engineers and Team Leads by monitoring progress, optimizing resources, and driving team performance and productivity.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Plan and monitor project schedules, material availability, and cross-functional activities while resolving technical and operational challenges.
Provide technical and commercial support, mentor execution teams, and strengthen site capabilities through training, onboarding, and performance development.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
