Position: Accountant
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank entries, and journal entries.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure proper accounting of project-wise expenses and revenues.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.




Monitor cash flow and maintain financial discipline across operations.
GST & TDS Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation statements.
Ensure proper GST accounting, input tax credit tracking, and compliance with GST regulations.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
Prepare TDS certificates and maintain proper statutory records.
Coordinate with consultants and authorities regarding taxation matters.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual expenses against budgets and report variances.
Support management with financial planning and cost control measures.
Audit & Statutory Compliance
Assist in internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory regulations.
Maintain records required for audits and assessments.
