Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production operations to ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
Develop and implement production strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Ensure adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety standards, SOPs, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Stores, Commercial, and HR departments for smooth plant operations.
Monitor production planning and optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.




Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
Analyze production performance through MIS and KPIs, implementing corrective and preventive actions where required.
Control manufacturing costs and improve operational efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Manage production scheduling to meet customer demand while minimizing downtime.
Participate in capacity expansion, automation, and recent project implementation.
Ensure optimum utilization of resources while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.
Prepare production reports and present operational updates to senior management.
