We are looking for a Sales Executive. You will be responsible for driving day-to-day sales execution while building the systems, structure, and leadership bench required to support aggressive growth targets. for someone who thrives in execution but thinks in scale.
You will own revenue performance, operational rigor, hiring, coaching, forecasting, and process optimization.

What You’ll Do:
Revenue & Performance Ownership:
Own team revenue targets and forecasting accuracy
Translate company growth goals into explicit weekly and monthly execution plans
Drive consistent performance against KPIs and quotas
Conduct structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching
Identify performance gaps early and implement corrective action

Sales Operations & Process Excellence:
Design and refine a repeatable, measurable sales process
Ensure solid CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
Build dashboards tracking activity, conversion rates, close rates, sales cycle length, and productivity per rep
Improve forecasting reliability and visibility into revenue




Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement data-driven improvements

Scaling the Organization (15 → 40+):
Hire, onboard, and ramp high-performing sales reps
Build structured onboarding and continuous training programs
Reduce ramp time while increasing rep productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with CX and Operations to ensure seamless handoffs
Provide structured feedback loops to improve acquisition and retention
Use data and insights to influence broader business decisions

What You’ll Need:
4+ years of sales experience
Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong operational mindset with deep understanding of sales metrics and forecasting
Experience building scalable sales processes and playbooks
Hands-on CRM expertise
Robust coaching and performance management skills
Experience hiring and ramping sales teams in a g
