Job Title: Junior Technical Support Executive
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Log and track support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
Fresher with an IT background (B.Sc. IT, BCA, Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent).
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
