About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end app lifecycle — from architecture and development to Play Store/App Store submission, release management, and post-launch monitoring.
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices (BLoC/Provider/Riverpod, clean architecture, SOLID principles).
Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, push notifications, in-app purchases, and third-party SDKs.
Manage app store compliance, versioning, release builds (APK/AAB, IPA), and handle rejections, certificates, and provisioning profiles.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex bugs, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.
Stay current with Flutter/Dart ecosystem updates, platform-specific guidelines, and emerging mobile technologies.

Required Qualifications




Minimum 5 years of professional mobile app development experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to Flutter/Dart.
Robust command of Dart, Flutter widget lifecycle, state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX), and platform channels (native Android/iOS integration).
Solid experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, FCM), RESTful API integration, and third-party SDK implementations.
Proven experience managing the full app release cycle — code signing, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, staged rollouts, and app store guideline compliance.
Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift) is a solid plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions) for automated builds and deployments.
Robust understanding of clean architecture, dependency injection, unit/widget/integration testing.
Familiarity with Git workflows, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cross-functio
