Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the India country strategy.
Drive organizational growth and sustainability.
Lead annual planning and organizational performance reviews.

Program Oversight
Provide oversight of all humanitarians, education, livelihood, disaster relief, and development programs.
Ensure program quality, impact, and donor compliance.

Fundraising & Partnerships
Lead donor engagement and resource mobilization.
Develop strategic partnerships with government agencies, corporates, foundations, and international organizations.

Financial & Compliance Management
Ensure sound financial management and budget oversight.
Maintain compliance with FCRA, Income Tax, CSR regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

People Leadership
Lead and develop senior management teams.
Build a high-performance and values-driven organizational culture.

External Representation
Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization in India.
Represent the organization at national and international forums.

Qualification




Master’s degree in management, Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, International Development, or related field.
MBA preferred.

Experience
15+ years of leadership experience in NGOs, humanitarian organizations, development sector, or social impact organizations.
Minimum 8 years in senior leadership roles managing multi-state or national operations.
Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, strategic planning, and organizational management.
