Job Description
Lead, manage, and coordinate the multidisciplinary consultancy team deployed under the PMTC assignment.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Directorate of Energy, GoHP, funding agencies, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Develop project implementation strategies, work plans, monitoring mechanisms, and reporting frameworks.
Ensure achievement of project objectives within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide overall direction and guidance to technical experts, field engineers, and support staff.
Ensure adoption of resilient, climate-adaptive, and disaster-resistant engineering practices.
Monitor compliance with applicable national standards, codes, regulations, and project-specific requirements.
