Job Summary

This role offers an excellent prospect to work with US-based clients and gain exposure to international accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
Record, classify, and maintain financial transactions accurately.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
Assist in taxation-related activities and financial reporting requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and management reports using MS Excel.
Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Sage, SAP, MYOB, Yardi, Odoo, Oracle, Wave, ClearBooks, and similar platforms.




Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Communicate with clients to collect financial information, resolve queries, and provide regular updates.
Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Stay updated with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Educational Qualifications
B.Com (Hons.), B.Com (Pass), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
Strong academic background in Accounting and Finance.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting.
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Sage, SAP, MYOB, Yardi, Odoo, Oracle, Wave, or similar platforms.:
