Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Engineer to lead and oversee mechanical engineering activities for large-scale aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in infrastructure projects, particularly airport terminal building.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the development of mechanical systems for airport terminal buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into the terminal design.
Manage and coordinate mechanical engineering activities across all project phases, from concept to commissioning.
Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
Monitor project schedules, budgets,



and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Conduct site inspections to ensure mechanical systems are installed as per design and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in office.
Incorporate energy-productive and sustainable design practices into mechanical systems.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and innovations in airport terminal mechanical systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding mechanical engineering matters.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports for clients and project teams.
