Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure and environmental projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, and safety standards.
Manage project risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement corrective actions.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
Oversee procurement, contract administration, and vendor management.
Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.
Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and industry best practices.
Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution and operational efficiency.
Support tender preparation,



project planning, and business development activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or MBA is preferred.
15+ years of experience in infrastructure, civil, environmental, or EPC projects.
Experience in leading large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Skills Required:

Expertise in project planning, execution, and project lifecycle management.
Knowledge of civil construction, environmental, and infrastructure projects.
Excellent budgeting, cost control, and financial management skills.
Robust understanding of contracts, tendering, BOQs, and procurement processes.

Excellent stakeholder, client, and government liaisoning skills.
