Key Responsibilities:
Create and finalize precision layouts for headstones using Adobe Photoshop
Convert symbols and artwork into clean, production-ready vector paths using Adobe Illustrator
Review and quality-check junior designers' work before it goes to production
Build and maintain the design library/template system for production efficiency
Coordinate directly with the production team on print/engraving specifications
Suggest process improvements to speed up design turnaround

Skills & Experience Required:
3+ years of skilled graphic design experience, with a robust portfolio
Advanced proficiency in Photoshop (Pen tool, retouching, precision layout)
Advanced proficiency in Illustrator (vector tracing, path cleanup,



production-ready output)
Zero-error precision — this work goes directly into physical production
Prior experience reviewing or mentoring junior designers is a plus
Reliable attendance and strict adherence to deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
