The Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, and Physiotherapists in a truly cooperative, holistic workplace — because we believe no child's growth happens in isolation.

What You'll Do
Conduct detailed speech, language, and communication assessments for children with special needs including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, and other developmental conditions
Design and deliver individualised therapy plans aligned with each child's unique goals
Work in close coordination with the multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, Special Educators) for integrated goal-setting and progress reviews
Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and documentation in line with centre protocols
Conduct parent counselling sessions to guide home practice and build communication strategies for daily life
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous learning initiatives
Contribute to the warm, inclusive culture that The Blessed Ones is known for

What We're Looking For
Qualification: BASLP or MASLP from a recognised institution
Experience: Relevant hands-on
