Job Overview

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
Explain course features, curriculum, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.
Guide students in choosing the most suitable course.
Follow up regularly with prospective students until enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or database.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.




Handle walk-in inquiries professionally and provide personalized counseling.
Coordinate with the marketing team regarding incoming leads and promotional campaigns.
Build long-term relationships with students by providing excellent support before and after enrollment.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Solid listening and counseling skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple student inquiries efficiently.

Preferred Skills
Prior experience in educational counseling, admissions, sales, telesales, or customer support.
Knowledge of online education or skill development programs.
Familiarity with digital marketing courses, IT courses, or qualified certification programs is an advantage.
