Job Title: Service Engineer

Job Summary:
*Personal vehicle & DL is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Travel to customer sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in office in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performance.
Provide training and support to end-users regarding machine operation and care.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and part replacements.
Coordinate with the internal service team for spare parts and escalation of critical issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and clear communication.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company and industry standards.
Report recurring issues or product feedback to the technical/engineering team for improvements.

Key Skills and Competencies:




Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Positive communication and customer handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours if needed.

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (as applicable).
Experience: 1 year of field service or technical support experience. Freshers with robust practical skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
