About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple projects.
Coordinate with clients, supervisors, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BOQ, Measurement Sheets, RA Bills, project reports, and related records.
Monitor project budgets, direct purchases, vehicle expenses, and other site-related costs.
Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment across all project sites.
Identify project risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Maintain project quality, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
Review and validate contractor bills before approval.
Ensure Daily Performance Reports (DPR), material requirements (IMS), and project updates are submitted on time.
Maintain and update the Project Management System (PMS)



and internal reporting systems.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and support project teams.
Present weekly project status reports and progress updates to management.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through regular meetings and follow-ups.
Lead, mentor, and support supervisors and project teams to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Site Operations, Engineering Projects, or Facility Management.
Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, Measurements, RA Billing, Project Documentation, and Site Execution.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
