About the Role

Eleven11 Media is looking for a Social Media Manager to own social strategy and execution across our client portfolio. This is a client-facing role — you'll be the single point of contact for the brands you manage, translating their goals into content that performs, while coordinating closely with our in-house design team to bring it to life.

This isn't a purely creative or purely operational role — it sits at the intersection of trend fluency, technical execution, and commercial judgment. We're looking for someone who can spot what's culturally relevant and knows whether it actually belongs on a client's feed.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end social media strategy for assigned client accounts — from content calendars to concepts to captions to publishing
Plan and concept shoots, working with the design team to execute them
Write platform-native captions and content tailored to each platform's audience and format (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms)
Conduct deep, ongoing research — market trends, competitor activity,



platform algorithm shifts, and category-specific content patterns
Exercise editorial judgment: evaluate which trends are genuinely relevant to a given brand's voice and audience, and which to skip
Bring e-commerce fluency to content planning — understanding how social drives discovery, consideration, and conversion for D2C and retail brands
Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients — managing the relationship day-to-day, not just the deliverables
Coordinate execution timelines and briefs with the in-house design team

What We're Looking For
Robust working knowledge of all major social platforms — content formats, algorithm behavior, and what performs natively on each
Excellent research instincts — comfortable going deep on a brand's category, competitors, and audience before creating a single piece of content
Hands-on technical ability in content creation (not purely ideation-only
