Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate air import and export shipments.
Book cargo space with airlines and monitor flight schedules.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, AWB, Invoice, Packing List).
Coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents.
Track shipments and provide timely customer updates.
Ensure compliance with customs and airline regulations.
Resolve operational issues and shipment delays.
Maintain shipment records, billing details, and MIS reports.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any graduate discipline.
Certification in Logistics or Freight Forwarding is an added advantage.





Skills Required:
Knowledge of air freight operations and documentation.
Understanding of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
