Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement prospects.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using advanced MS Excel.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders.
Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT, to ensure timely execution of business requirements.
Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or any graduate.
Certifications in Business Analysis, Advanced Excel or Power BI will be an added advantage.

Experience
2 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
