Inventory Management
Manage end-to-end inventory across Raw Material, Packaging Material, Finished Goods, Consumables, Engineering Stores, and Spares.
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation and inventory controls.
Maintain optimum inventory levels to support uninterrupted production and sales.
Monitor stock ageing, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual physical stock verification.
Ensure accurate batch-wise, location-wise, and system-wise inventory management.
Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvements.

Store Operations
Manage complete inward, storage, issuance, transfer, and dispatch operations.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material traceability.
Maintain warehouse layout, bin management, and space optimization.
Ensure timely material availability to production and dispatch teams.
Implement and sustain 5S and warehouse best practices.

Process & Compliance
Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for all store and inventory activities.




Strengthen inventory controls to eliminate operational leakages.
Ensure complete ERP/WMS discipline with real-time inventory updates.
Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, GMP, and company policies.

Team Management
Lead and manage the warehouse and stores team.
Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor team productivity.
Train team members on SOPs, inventory controls, safety, and warehouse discipline.
Build a high-performance, accountable, and process-oriented team culture.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify development prospects.

Audit & Reporting
Ensure readiness for internal, statutory, customer, and external audits.
Prepare and present MIS reports on inventory performance.
Analyze stock variances and implement corrective actions.
