Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for senior secondary classes, teaching English language, literature, grammar, and composition.
Assessment & Feedback: Assess student performance through various methods like tests, assignments, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to guide their improvement.
Classroom Setting: Create and maintain a positive, orderly, and productive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Student Support: Offer individual guidance and support to students, helping them develop critical thinking, analytical reading, and writing skills.
Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments, focusing on conceptual clarity and academic success.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, administrative staff, and parents to support overall student development and address concerns.
Professional Development:



Stay updated on contemporary teaching methodologies and digital tools, and continuously work on career development to enhance teaching methods.
Extracurricular Activities: Participate in and potentially lead extracurricular activities related to English, such as literary clubs or writing competitions.

Qualifications:
Education: A Master's degree (M.A.) in English Literature or a related field.
Certification: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree or an equivalent recognized teaching certification.
Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Experience: Prior experience teaching in a secondary or higher secondary school setting is often preferred.
Other: Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
