Position: HR Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, and personnel files.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Conduct induction, training, and performance review processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and support management in workforce planning.
Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Required Skills:




Solid knowledge of HR operations.
Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Manager.
Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
