Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain employee records using Zoho People or similar Zoho Payroll.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external agencies for hiring requirements.
Support HR operations, employee communication, and compliance activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
